Mentor Director

The mentor director is responsible for recruiting, communicating with, and managing adult and junior mentors for CoderDojoKC. Responsibilities include:

• Recruiting new mentors (including working with marketing team for campaign development)
• Sending monthly reminder emails to mentor mailing list
• Sending warm intro to new mentors on mailing list
• Onboarding new mentors
• Tracking mentor attendance
• Overseeing junior mentor program
