Kansas City Women in Technology Announces
New Executive Director, Beth Noser

KANSAS CITY, MO –– Kansas City Women in Technology (KCWiT) has named Beth Noser Executive Director. In her new role, Beth will lead KCWiT’s efforts to connect historically marginalized people, especially women and minorities, with knowledge and equitable opportunities in the fast-growing and ever evolving technology industry.

“I look forward to continuing the life-changing work that KCWiT has accomplished over the past 10 years,” said Noser. “I firmly believe everyone should have to access the resources needed to enter the tech industry, and KCWiT’s efforts to foster inclusivity and diversity are beginning to make a profound difference in our community.”

KCWiT celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2023, and Noser’s appointment as Executive Director marks an exciting new chapter for the organization. Under her leadership, KCWiT will continue expanding its supportive community and programming for individuals who may not have had access to such resources in the past.

“Beth is already making KCWiT a force to be reckoned with in this post pandemic era as our new Executive Director,” said KCWiT Board President, Ventura Rangel. “Her passion for promoting diversity and inclusivity in technology aligns perfectly with our mission. We couldn’t have asked for a better leader to carry our organization into its second decade. I am honored and so excited to have her in this role and leading the way for more people to find their path in technology.”
