Digital Learning Day at the Kansas City Public Library encourages youth, parents, and educators to experience hands-on digital learning through a wide-array of interactive opportunities. Kansas City Women in Technology will host a CoderDojo – just bring a laptop and join in to learn the basics of coding from experts in the field. Coding & Cupcakes
Join us for a brand new coding series, Coding & Cupcakes. Mothers and daughters are invited to attend sessions to learn about code and how to build websites together. One wifi-enabled laptop between each mom and daughter is required. The only age requirement is the ability to read, type, and use a mouse. Join us for our monthly Tech Talk! Network with other women in technology, meet like-minded ladies to attend conferences and meetups with, get the sccop on upcoming volunteering and mentoring opportunities, and feel free to bring your laptop to do some coworking!
