Events Presentation Director

The Events Presentation Director is responsible for presenting and lining up speakers/panelists for TechTalks and Events. This is a speaking/presentation role. Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating with the Events Director for event details
  • Line up speakers or panelists and be the point of contact for them
  • Organize and purchase speaker/panelist gifts
  • Ensure any presentations/slides for the event are completed and compiled into a single presentation.
  • Update speakers/panelists on important details about the event
  • Greet speakers/panelists at check-in table during events
  • Be the Host/MC of all TechTalks and events
  • Coordinate with venue host day of the event to ensure A/V equipment is set up and functional, as well as presentation is operational and shown properly
