Events Attendee Director

The Events Attendee Director is responsible for managing the communications to attendees about events, responding to questions, and soliciting feedback. Responsibilities include:

  • Post events to Eventbrite, KCWiT Website, Meetup, and Community Calendars
  • Manage Attendee check-in and set up a check-in table
  • Send event invitation to previous attendees
  • Email post-event recap with a link to the feedback form to all event attendees
  • Manage attendee feedback and escalate any relevant feedback to the Events Director
  • Maintain communication attendees and send event updates with important information
  • Manage the Eventbrite contact list, orders, and cancellations
  • Manage and maintain events check-in supply bin
