Business Process Analyst

The Business Process Analyst is responsible for creating and maintaining documentation across KCWiT processes and programs. This role will work with the leadership team and program directors to create the annual business plan and year-end summary report, and update leadership handbook and program process documentation as necessary. Responsibilities include:

  • Updating yearly business plan
  • Updating framework for the year-end report
  • Updating/adding to leadership handbook as needed
  • Working with program directors to document processes
  • Assisting in the creation of vendor/sponsor agreements as needed
  • Managing and maintaining Google Drive organization
