Women are invited to attend sessions to get an introduction to website building in a fun\, laid-back atmosphere. \nWe’ll discuss version control basics\, why we need it and how to use Git and GitHub along with practicing with support from awesome mentors! \nThere will be lots of guidance and support for those with no coding experience so come join the fun!  \n\nNo coding experience necessary (we mean that!)\nWifi-enabled laptop is required (don’t have one? Borrow one of ours)\nMust be at least 21 to attend\nCocktails\, non-alcoholic beverages\, and light appetizers served\nPlease familiarize yourself with Kansas City Women in Technology’s Code of Conduct. \n\nDo you need financial assistance to attend?
