CodeDays are 24-hour events where high school and college students of all experience levels get together, make something cool, and become better programmers.

CodeDay participants enter with a wide variety of skill levels, but they leave as some of the most skilled in the nation. Past participants have gone on to create venture-funded startups, gain hundreds of thousands of downloads on app stores, and more. This year we’re excited to be one of the 15 cities hosting a CodeDay! Our fearless leaders are Jennifer Funk, Ventura Rangel, Leslie ScottJosepha Haden, and Kari Keefe, please reach out to them if you’d like to get involved!

How can you help make this event a success?

  • Volunteer to be a mentor
  • Become a sponsor
  • Talk to girls in high school and college and encourage them to attend!
